6.1. No returns or exchanges:
All sales made through this website are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted, except where required by applicable law. We recommend that you carefully review your order before proceeding with payment.

6.2. Layaway Policy:
If you choose to make a purchase through our layaway plan, the following terms apply:

• Non-refundable deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total product value is required. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Payment term: The layaway payment plan lasts for a maximum of three (3) months from the date of the initial deposit. You are responsible for making the agreed-upon payments within the stipulated timeframe.

• Product shipment: The product will be shipped only after the full price of the product has been paid in full.

• Failure to complete payments: If the total payment for the product is not completed within the three (3) month period, the agreement will be considered breached. In such case, you will be refunded only 50% of the amount already paid due to the failure to fulfill the agreed terms.
