6.2. Layaway Policy:
If you choose to make a purchase through our layaway plan, the following terms apply:

Non-refundable deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total product value is required. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Payment term: The layaway payment plan lasts for a maximum of three (3) months from the date of the initial deposit. You are responsible for making the agreed-upon payments within the stipulated timeframe.

Product shipment: The product will be shipped only after the full price of the product has been paid in full.

Failure to complete payments: If the total payment for the product is not completed within the three (3) month period, the agreement will be considered breached. In such case, you will be refunded only 50% of the amount already paid due to the failure to fulfill the agreed terms.
